Kingstone Landscaping is a design and build landscape company based on Hillsboro Road in Franklin, Tennessee. We design and build gardens, stone patios, retaining walls, outdoor living spaces, lighting, and irrigation for homes across Franklin, Brentwood, and the rest of Williamson County.

Why Kingstone Exists

Carson King started Kingstone Landscaping in Franklin in 2026. Before that, he spent years working side by side with home service contractors across the country, and he kept seeing the same thing go wrong in landscaping. Homeowners were sold a vision in a conversation, then handed a crew, a rough idea, and an invoice that grew as the job went on. The work often looked fine on day one and started to fail by the second winter, because nobody planned for the clay, the slope, or the water.

Kingstone is built to fix that. The plan comes first. The price is written down. The person you meet on day one is the person who finishes the job.

What We Believe About Good Landscaping

• A landscape is a plan, not a pile of plants. Every project gets a scaled design that shows mature sizes, sight lines, and how the space will actually be used.
• The base matters more than the surface. Stone and pavers are only as good as the drainage and compacted base under them. That is where most of the real work is.
• Middle Tennessee is its own place. Clay over limestone, humid summers, hard freezes, and rolling lots. We design for this ground and this climate, with plants that belong here.
• Restraint looks expensive. The best landscapes in Franklin are calm: a few strong materials, generous planting, clean lines, and lighting you notice at night but never see during the day.

How a Project Works

1. Design consultation. We walk the property with you, talk through how you want to live outside, and take measurements.
2. Scaled plan. You get a design showing layout, materials, and plantings, and we refine it together.
3. Fixed written price. Once the plan is right, you get one written price for the whole project.
4. Build. Your project lead stakes it out, calls TN811, handles HOA submittals, and runs the crew every day.
5. Walkthrough. We walk the finished project together and go over care for the first season.
